My camera quality is grainy in low light, how can I fix this?

Im trying to set up a low light ambient music stream but in my little test stream the cam quality is very grainy. Is there something I can do to fix this or do I have to buy a new cam? If so, what should I buy?
Currently using a Logitech C920

If anyone knows how I can achieve this without spending $$$$ on a new camera please let me know :)
