For those multistreaming to Youtube / Twitch, can you combine the chats into one on the stream itself?

I currently have a chatbox via SLOBS that displays on my stream for twitch chat, is there a way to interweave Youtube chat into the same chatbox to unify them? Or maybe a bot that sends messages from one chat to the other so that the two communities wouldn't be as disconnected?
