Which is better, cpu or gpu for streaming?

Hi guys!

i am going to start with streaming and making content, but my question is, is it better to stream with ur gpu or cpu? I mostly want to do 720p60 and maybe later 1080p60 but for now 720p60. My pc specs are below!

PC SPECS:

CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C

CPU: Ryzen 9-3900X 12 Core 12 Threads 3,8 - 4,6Ghz

GPU: MSI Ventus 3X OC 3080 10VRAM GDDR6X

RAM: G.Skill TRIDENT Z RGB 2x16 (32GB) 3600Mhz DDR4

MOTHERBOARD: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK

CPU-COOLER: Corsair Hydro H115i Water-Cooler 2x140mm

SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB M.2 SSD

HDD: Seagate HDD 3.5" 2TB ST2000DM008 Barracuda & Seagate HDD 1TB Barracuda
