HD60s+ (Dual PC) - Gaming PC Sudden Frame Drops

I've just recently got the HD60s and it has been working brilliantly for me with a dual PC set-up. Streaming/recording at 1080p 60FPS, however randomly after a few hours the gaming PC began to randomly drop frames. Normally it is capped at the usual 60FPS (due to the capture card), but it was dropping between 30-40 for no reason, and I wonder if it has to do with the capture card hardware being used all day?

I was playing Warzone, but started to have the issue with other games such as Rocket League and No Man's Sky.

Streaming PC Specs:

i7-4790K 4.0 GHz

32GB RAM

Geforce GTX980

Just wondered if anyone has had similar issues with the HD60S after using it a lot, does it overheat?
