Is it possible to stream emulated games?

Hi everyone,
I started streaming a week ago and I was wondering if it's okay to stream emulated games. I have the emulator of "Mame Project", a project to retrieve and play old cabinet games (such as 1945, Asteroids, Meta Slug etc).
It is okay if I stream them? I mean, they're really old and out of the commerce, but they still "pirated" (I think?)
