Audio Problem: reducing noise going into the microphone

Audio experts only, please.

I currently have a Spark being powered by an Icicle. I also have a breathing machine that makes a lot of noise that can't be shut off and I'm trying to reduce that sound without altering my natural voice too much. Attached is a clip just to show you how bad it is. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.

It is even worse whenever I record my voice using Adobe Premiere, here is a video that I did showing the same problem:
