how do i go about getting audio from my PC, and at the same time audio from PS4/PS3/wiiU/ect?

i don't mind if i have to buy some kind of splitter or something from amazon. or a new headset, or some audio extension cord, i just want it to work!

my TV has a audio jack where i can have TV audio out so i can go to headphones instead of its speakers, but i also need to be able to hear my multiplayer group. the PS4 and wiiU controllers also have audio jacks (altho not PS3, so i guess for that atleast i will have to find a way for tv and headphones, but im assuming whatever the answer is to this problem its universal)

currently my headset is one with a audio and mic jack seperate so i can plug mic into pc and have audio in some kind of splitter no problem, but i also have a headset with them in one.

any suggestions? help?

im in canada so if i have to buy something i prefer links from amazon.ca and i do have amazon prime, but if its US only i guess i can import.
