Streamlabs event list test notifications wont show up with custom css

Alright so im just trying to use the css from nerdordie but unlike when i use a normal theme from event list test notifications wont show up on obs like they do normal it just stays blank
and just for reference all i have done was add the CLR browser and copy pasted the link in
