Trying to make the switch from OBS to OBS Studio, and besides very obnoxious problems with game capture, i seem to lose FPS. i do NOT mean i am dropping FPS, in my stream test i drop 0 frames, but whatever frame checker at the bottom right says im not at 30 fps as im meant to be and i have no idea why.

it says i was at 26.25 frames? its 'mostly' at 30fps but no idea why it 'loses' frames like this. the upload is fine and i don't drop frames when streaming. but it does look like shit in practise

^that is a stream without 'any dropped frames' ..skip to 50 seconds in, and you can clearly see huge frame loss / fps drops. in game was fine no fps loss, only on OBS S. in OBS normal, it works flawlessly.

again even when im legit not streaming, im somehow not at 30 FPS / it moves all around? as you can see its not my CPU by a long shot either.

for curious minds, streaming at 2000 720 30fps. OBS works the SAME SETTINGS flawlessly. what the hell is going on?
