Hi /r/Twitch!
We are back with another /r/Twitch Bi-Weekly Creative Contest! The winner of the last creative contest was /u/magicgirlallison, and here's their winning submission:
Creation: Cooking - Horrifying Retro Recipe: Ham in Aspic Tasting
Image: Ham in Aspic plus cool jello mold
Description: Every week I cook one vintage recipe that looks particularly... interesting. This one has been the most vile looking yet. The most anticipated part of these streams is the tasting, and here it is!
Bi-Weekly Creative Contest
How it works:
I will post a bi-weekly thread and sticky it for visibility every two weeks. Eligible community members will then post a link to their creative work, and the submission that gets the most upvotes throughout the two weeks will have their channel featured for a month on the subreddit sidebar! The last few days of the contest are reserved for voting, so I will be locking the contest thread two days prior to ending.
Any creative work made while broadcasting on Twitch that follows the Creative rules is allowed in the contest. This includes, but not limited to:
Arts and Crafts: painting, sculpting, and other traditional visual arts media.
Fashion: cosplay, sewing, body painting/visual fx, jewelry making, crochet/knitting.
Digital: animation, digital painting, and other digital art.
Production: music/composing, programming, and editing.
Culinary: baking, cooking, cake decorating.
Rules for Entry:
One submission per contest. If you won in the previous month you can not compete again.
The creation must be your own. (Commissioned work is allowed)
The creation can be from any past, present or future broadcast but must be a highlight and not a past broadcast.
The creation must have been made while broadcasting on Twitch and not another platform.
The picture (or album) must be hosted on imgur.com or flickr.com (not applicable for Music submissions).
You must follow all Twitch Creative rules for your submission to be counted.
If you submit music then it must be your own original work and not a cover.
You must have a TwitchDB intro.
The Rewards:
- Your channel gets featured on the next Bi-Weekly Creative Contest thread, and you will be on the sidebar for a whole month. We're hoping this brings your channel some extra attention!
Your TwitchDB introduction will be shared in the Winner announcement thread, so everyone can learn more about your channel!
One free month of Twitch Turbo.
Other things to keep in mind:
Do not create throwaway accounts to upvote/downvote: This is against Reddit's Content Policy and anyone found creating throwaway/alternate accounts to manipulate the votes will be reported to reddit admins.
Do not ask people to upvote your submission: This is also against Reddit's Content Policy and anyone found asking for votes will be reported to reddit admins.
Voting:
The winner of the contest is determined by the number of upvotes a submission receives. So voters, you play a vital role in this contest. For those who are unsure how to upvote a comment, you simply click the top-most Glitch icon that's pointing upwards located left of the comment. If successful the Glitch icon will turn purple and you will get an approving animation.
Please use the following template to properly format your submission.

**Image:** [Link](https://imgur.com/)
or
**Song:** [Link](https://soundcloud.com/)
**Description:** Brief description about your creation.
**Intro:** http://www.twitchdb.tv/profile/u/conceptional
Don't forget to create an intro on TwitchDB. It's another chance to get your channel out there, plus you get an awesome red verified broadcaster flair icon () next to your name here on the subreddit!
Also if you have any suggestions or feedback on how the contest should be ran or other ideas for possible rewards, then please reach out to me via Reddit private message or Twitter!
