Question about Twitch rules

So one of my favorite streamers used to do something call the YouTube game. This was years ago before twitch added rules for non game play and few others that I am unsure of. The YouTube game is basically where he would start off with his chat saying random terms then watching videos based on the random sentences his chat would put up. Example:YouTube Link My Question: Is there any way a streamer who is partnered can stream under gaming talk shows or creative for this so called Youtube game.
