I know this may have been posted before but I'm posting it again. As an streamer what changes would you like for them to make? These are my suggestions you can agree, disagree, or add your own.
Partnership- With this I would love to see an more even playing field on how achieve this. It shouldn't matter if an person have 300,000 subs on youtube or 1 million twitter followers. It should be base on the body of work they put into the stream. The only exception to this should be if they are big time celebrity in the entertainment field like sports or music.
Game review system- I believe before an game get put on the can't be stream list it should be at least reviewed for about 1 week to see if it unstreamable.
Stream team listing- Since there alot of my streamer getting together and making team there should be an listing to show which teams are online and the person will be able to look at the streamers that are on for that team.
Code of conduct- This one is more base on outfits being worn during streams. There should be stricter rules on this because you do have some female streamers who used there womanly (Charms) to get more viewers which negative impact regular female streams who doesn't.
Intro....- Since twitch creative is really taking off with BoB Ross and the Julia Davis. I believe there should be Introduction classes on different topics like how to get into becoming an broadcaster, buliding an gundam model, an so on. With this it will open the door to alot more new streamers.
But this is just my opinions so have fun with it
