For how long do you typically stream?

I generally stream for 2-3 hours. Sometimes slightly longer.
I stream league of legends which is stimulating enough— juggling chat and being entertaining, i get pretty tired pretty quick.
is this too short? i don’t understand how people stream for 6 hours at a time.
