Happening more then I'd like

So I'm not new to twitch streaming but my question is this, I notice during my live my game audio is fine but when I end it and review my lives the audio skids or skips and sounds horrible that I don't wanna make clips. So what is going on and what's causing it cuz I've tried everything to fix it. I have great wifi, I have 5g ethernet everything is up to date. And fyp I'm streaming from my xbox one if that makes a difference. So what's going on if someone can explain this to me.
