Is there a program or website that easily slaps your twitch name on your downloaded clips?

Hey,
Awhile ago you could download your clips and your twitch name would be on them at the same time. Is there a website or an app that automatically puts your twitch username on the clip? Thinking of scaling so I dont need to go into Adobe everytime just to add my twitch name. Has anyone found a solution?
