Hello fellow Twitch peeps!
I've come seeking advice, specifically when it comes to the idea of having dedicated Streams, maybe once a month, where I talk to my audience about mental health and mental health struggles while I play very chill games (I'm mainly a gaming channel)
As an individual with Aspergers' (High Functioning Autism), ADHD, and have lost people to mental health struggles, I feel very powerfully toward this mission as I don't want others to feel the way I have, both all my life struggling with Aspergers' and connecting with my peers, and those dark moments I experienced losing people that were suffering in silence.
This is why I've come here. What do you guys think I need to do first in order to successfully incorporate this into my channel? I'm not looking for exposure, since even if I touch only one heart, that's a victory.
Thank you for reading!
