So i was lurking by a streamer doing some GTA RP, and was wondering which bikes would be better, so like other viewers (about 250) i gave my opinion. Afterwhat i was immediatly called out in the chat (maybe a moderator) for not saying hello first. Nothing agressive tho.
But It took me offguard because of all the time i've hanged on twitch, no one ever expressed to be bothered by my lack of hellos. I know some do it in some chat but i've always assumed those were people very close to the streamers who seems to really know them too. But it didn't feel like common practice.
So i was wondering what was the etiquette on that ? Should i say hello anyway even just for a quick response (which feels way too formal) or it isn't that much of a big deal ?
