Having Issues With Twitch Donations

I'm new streamer i've recently integrated a donation button to my channel you know, just in case well i've have a few people actually try to donate to me to no avail i've also tried testing this out myself apparently everytime someone tries to donate to me they get a something went wrong message so is there something wrong with streamlabs or paypal i cant figure it out. My paypal business is definitely connected to streamlabs so i dont know whats up
