My ads are not playing right during stream.

I'm experiencing what I believe is a glitch, I used to run 3 min ads for stream where it would play 90 sec ads every 30 min. Randomly twitch started to play ads every 10 min confirmed by my moobot. All my setting are the same and I even had my fiancee look and they are the same as hers and she doesn't have an issue. Got tired of trying to fix it so I turned all others ads off and only had preroll on but it continues to do the same thing. Anyone know what's going on?
