im looking for a good external capture card that suports a 1080p 165hz monitor

my capture card recently broke and after that i relized that the one i had was caping my monitors refresh rate at 60hz so im trying to find one that works for 165hz because thats my monitor can go up to. i dont care about the price as long is its not something stupid like 700 dollors but i just want a good one so i could record and noy have it lag super bad
