I’ve always been inconsistent with my streaming, never having a proper schedule and quickly losing momentum/motivation. Just ADHD things, really.
How do streamers here plan and manage your streaming schedules and content? I know it often makes sense for streamers with editors/mods to find collaborative ways of working, but what are people’s tricks generally? Are you Trello board enthusiasts? Do you visually map things out? How far ahead do you plan (if at all)? How do you decide on what you’re streaming, particularly if you do stuff like challenges?
EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm particularly interested in any processes people may use. Do you make detailed plans in advance of what you'll do, or just go with the flow?
