Error 3000 when raiding?

I've been having an issue lately, anytime I raid someone, I can't watch their stream because of "Error #3000". It only happens to the channels I raid, no one else. It's not that the other guy is having issues because it happened when I raid completely different people. The raid does still go through
Anyone else experiencing this?
