Is a CCV avg. of 40 too early to partner push?

Yo! I wanna know your takes on partner pushes and if it’s too early for me to be pushing for partner right now. I have a avg. of 40 for my path to partner and I am consistently streaming 2-3 times a week.
Also any advice or tips you could toss my way for someone who is pushing?
