Hey, Twitch fam!
I could use some advice. I’ve been streaming for a bit and managed to get a few subs, even though I usually go camless. I haven’t done any marketing on Instagram or TikTok either, so it’s been a pretty low-key approach.
Some days, I just want to hit the stream button without worrying about what I’m wearing or how my room looks. But I’ve noticed some streamers say having a cam can boost engagement and help people connect more. I enjoy the simplicity of going live without putting too much thought into appearance, but I wonder if I’m missing out by not using a cam.
For those of you with experience, do you think using a cam really makes a difference? Or should I just stick with what feels best to me? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
