Stream Elements not showing loyalty rules

Ok, so I set up stream elements point system for my channel but on the leader board page it doesn't show users the rules I set up so viewers can see how they can earn them! Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? Every video I watched it showed up by itself so it seems odd.
