Dedicated GPU for streaming

I currently have a 3060 12gb vram gpu, and currently it isn't powerful enough for certain games AND streaming. I currently simulcast across YouTube and Twitch with 1080p quality, 30fps. If I were to buy a second (cheap) gpu specifically for obs and streaming, which ones would you recommend?
