Streaming resolution

Hey everyone so I have terrible internet and the suggested streaming resolution is 480p. This really isn't an issue because I am playing older JRPGs like the old Final Fantasy's. What I am wondering is if I can make my face cam stream in 1080p or will everything just be output in 480p? I kind of want my face to be a but more crisp but with 1.6 mbps upload speeds, not sure what I can do about that.
