Stream wasn't saved, can we still get it somehow?

So my wife just streamed on Twitch and after that she wanted to upload the stream to Youtube (like I do everytime), but the video was gone.
We then found out that we had to activate the "save video on demand" function. I think I never had to do that and it was on default activated, but alright, here we are.
Is there still any chance that we can get the recording?
