Hello, I had a question regarding tier upgrades during subtember. I am already subscribed to a streamer on mobile, and it renews in November. I cancelled the mobile subscription to take advantage of the subtember discount and also upgrade to tier 2. But it still doesn’t allow me to sub through my laptop, it says to manage subscription via iOS device. Do I have to wait until the end of the current subscription to upgrade to tier 2, thus missing the subtember discount? Or do I just have to give it a day or 2? Thank you for any help.
