Blerp discount changes?

So I set up blerps for my channel with a 100% subscriber discount, following the trend of a few friends. Free sounds for subs, simple enough right? But today I'm seeing that the 100% discount = 1 bit rather than 0 bits like it has been for ages for them and for me.

I know that 1 bit to play a sound on stream doesn't sound like a big deal, but the idea that giving subscribers unlimited access to interact more is a big draw. Is this some kind of bug? I've poked about on the official blerp site and can't see anything about planned changes to discounts or anything of the sort.

Tl;dr: Blerp 100% subscriber discount is no longer 100%, is this a bug or intended?
