Twitch vods audio shuttering or cutting out how to improve it?

Usually it's fine but past 2 days its been an issue streaming a game the game audio stutters or cuts out. it'snot constant it could be 30 mins of nothing then it will be like 10 seconds of problems.
I'm on xbox one.
we usually do 1080p 6000kbps
would it better to go to 1080p to 4000kbps will that help these audio issues or is there something else i can do.
