the planning section dont have to put a specifically day(img to prove) why?

hello everyone,
i already posted some times ago but unfortunatly i couldnt post img before there i had no manner to explain my problem.
i would like to organise specific day to stream with one theme, not all monday, all thuesday ect...
but i dont have this part, ive seen others streamer with this but not me, why? there a way to fix it?
