What constitutes as a good blow job? While most woman have participated in oral sex, was it actually any good?

On occasion, I will come across a woman giving a blow job on Reddit. The fact is, most of the time it looks quite painful. I believe that in order to determine what justifies as a great blow job, we have to determine what makes it a bad one.
My take: When woman are not mindful of their teeth and scrap against your private.
