Full swap or Soft swap?

Are there any benefits to one over the other? Iām new to the lifestyle, but definitely not ready for full on swap and not quite sure what soft swapping is. Iām more into Exhibitionism and sometimes Voyeurism as it pertains to watching other couples being intimate. My partner is open to female touching above the waist and light kissing, but we have concerns about anything more. Anyone else with a similar relationship?
