Recommended hotels in the area?

Hello all,
Small community, but hoping to get some responses! I will be coming through Twin Falls in the middle of August. We are traveling from Phoenix, AZ up to The Gorge Amphitheatre in WA. Twin Falls is our best midway stop going both directions. We will need a hotel for two separate nights about a week apart. Are there any community recommendations on where / what hotel to stay in? TYIA
