Neighborhoods to Avoid, Neighborhoods to look into
Post Body
Couldn't find any comprehensive information, so I thought I'd ask. Any areas of the twin cities those moving into the area should avoid, and conversely, those that are are awesome? I know that last part is subjective, so we are a young family, 1 kid (will be 1, maybe 2 when we move), UU's, and although like the idea of having things in walking distance we don't need/want to be in the trendiest place in town, just a place where a blind woman can get around on transit. Any advice, much appreciated.
