Just had solar panels installed last spring. With all the snow last winter, particularly late in the winter, the snow came sliding off the roof in big avalanches. We're looking to install snow guards to help prevent that in the future.
Our solar panel installers said they'd get us info on installing guards, but they've been very slow to update us on whether they can and/or how much it would cost. I'm wondering who else to contact in terms of contractors. "Roofing" businesses seem to want to repair/replace roofs, whereas this is a bit more of just installing stuff onto the roof.
Any suggestions appreciated, thanks
