Biggest Episodic Pet Peeve?

Post Body

I'm not sure if 'episodic' is the right word– someone correct me if I'm wrong. What I'm asking is, what's something that happened in an episode that deeply annoyed or confused you?

As I'm working through season four, I get to 'Miniature'– an episode that I've forgotten the finer points of, like many of the other episodes. My biggest pet peeve about this episode is Parker (again, correct me if I'm wrong about his name) getting fired simply because he doesn't fit in.

His boss says outright that he's not getting fired for misconduct or unreliability, and that the only reason he's being let go is because he's a 'square peg'. Parker's not causing a disturbance in the company, and as far as we know he's pulling more than enough weight– yet he's getting fired because he's not a socialite.

I don't know if jobs can do that in real life (hopefully I never have to find out for myself) but that's ny biggest pet peeve– that this methodic man got fired simply because he's not "one of the bros".
