firmware updates ever time ?

so i got the turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 it use to keep blinking red i could not update firmware turns out i had to update my winndows but now ever time i turn it of after gameing it need a update i update it it say it up to date but when i turn it off back to blinking red light plez help me
