Child tax credit error? New born not qualified for child tax credit

Hi I completed my tax returns for the year and looking back I see that I only got $500 child credit for my newborn that was born in November 2021.

Is this correct? I've been googling and sites are saying that any baby born in 2021 will qualify.

How do I get turbotax to recognize this? I think it saw that the child only lived with me "less than 6 months" (turbotax question) that I answered YES to and disqualified me for the CTC.

Can I amend my tax return and how do I get turbotax to fix this if this is indeed an error?
