Cannot create an account?

Iāve been trying to create an account for about 2 weeks. Every time I create and account I get hit with ā the feature youāve requested it temporarily unavailableā. Iāve tried 5 different browsers clearing the cookies and cache on all of them. I canāt ask for help on their forums because I canāt make an account. The phone number is completely useless as itās just a robot. Dose anyone know what I can do?
