So after filling back in 1/16 I have not had any updates to my transcript and status has been at not process had the verify identity notification but no letter till today. Just verified identity online notification just went away hopefully now it can move forward. My letter was marked sent 2/16 and just arrived 2/20
If anyone has this I recommend requesting a new letter thru verify notification I did that last week and got the letter maybe if you don't get a letter within a time frame request another one since on online letters send I never had any notification that one was sent
