Help? I filed everything on turbo tax but it’s not reflecting to IRS

Hey so I filed my return beginning of Feb went all the way to the end and paid. Submitted all the docs I received, at the very end it gave me a folder but won’t let me click it says it’s in review?? I went to IRS site to see what was up and IRS is saying that I didn’t file what’s going on? Has this happened to anyone else what should I do? IRS customer service is no help just get transferred to automatic system.
