Anyone a member of PCenginefx.com or that knows the moderator? I've tried several times and had no success signing up

I've been trying since may of this year to get signed up for this site. I've heard it's a great resource for trades etc. I got a confirmation email saying:

"Before you can login and start using the forum, your request will be reviewed and approved. When this happens, you will receive another email from this address.

Regards, The Pcenginefx.com Team."

It never went through.....I emailed the moderator for the site and didn't hear back. I also tried creating a second account and nothing. Can anyone assist me in getting through the process....
