What kind of diet do you people follow when hitting the gym? I want to improve my nutrition, focusing on affordable, protein-rich foods.
My body tends to burn calories quickly, and I struggle with low body fat. Additionally, I'm looking to support my immune system.

my objectives involve boosting durability, building leg strength, increasing flexibility, getting into clothes more comfortably, and aiming for an overall attractive appearance, especially considering the frequent comments I receive about my looks.
