I get random head pressures when I'm not even forcing, is this a sign of sentience?

I'm pretty new to tulpas and also reddit as well so I hope I'm posting this in the right spot. Anyway I've been working on my tulpa for a while now, she's not vocal yet and I'm not 100% sure if she is even sentient or not, but recently I sometimes get random head pressures when doing other things; usually when I'm playing video games or watching TV (basically when my time is free and I'm not doing anything important) even thinking about my tulpa can sometimes trigger light head pressures. So I was wondering if this is my tulpa trying to get my attention when ever my time is free to force or something.
