I arrived in Spain from England a couple days ago, it's lovely here and we're enjoying it, I had a bit of jetlag when we first got here but we've pretty much adjusted now. While in the pool, I was having a conversation with Julia when the topic of jetlag came up, which prompted me to ask, is it theoretically possible for tulpas to help with jetlag? Has any of your tulpas helped you or another headmate with jetlag? If so, to what extent?
Currently it's 5am so by the time this is up I'll be asleep, i'll be looking and replying to comments in late morning/afternoon, thank you in advance!
Side note: the 5am sleep time isn't from jetlag just to clarify, I'm just a very nocturnal person.
