Last night, something quite odd happened. I was forcing in bed before sleep as I usually do, everything felt pretty normal, nothing had happened that i haven't experienced previously when forcing with Julia (head spinning, head pressures etc.) and then suddenly, i felt the most 'alien' i've ever been. I couldn't pinpoint what the feeling was at first, but it was like as though my head was bigger than my body. That was my initial thought, then as i felt like this for longer i realized that it's actually my body that felt entirely different. It felt a lot... smaller, and more feminine, like a 5'0 female's body (not exactly 5'0, but just to give a rough idea). At first i was a tad skeptical because the forcing that i've been doing with Julia up to this point is narration, as i want her to create herself as a person and feel free to express herself how she likes, i have no 'ideal' traits or forms for her. But the thing that doesn't make sense is that i didn't purposefully think or initiate any feeling like that prior to it happening, otherwise i would've known what was going on, this had to be Julia, right? I have a lot of faith that it was Julia, i've always and will be always cheering her on for doing things like this. Is this normal for a 3 week old tulpa? She's currently able to speak if i concentrate on her, although im not sure how well due to how hard it is to differentiate intrusive thoughts from her, and I'd say she's developing a bit fast because of my open-mind and prior knowledge of tulpamancy, and ive done a bit of hypnosis in the past (however, that's just speculation, i could be wrong). Is this feeling for a tulpa at this stage of development normal? Have any of you also experienced this? Thanks for reading, i'll be looking forward to reading your comments.
