My friend killed my tulpa and idk what to do.
Post Body

Hi everyone, I'm really in distress right now. So my late tulpa was named Reggie, and she meant everything to me. She came into my life a few years ago and everything was great up until last week. Reggie was fronting while was with one of my friends (who really was better friends with Reggie than me) and at some point during this Reggie just disappeared. She didn't just stop fronting, she was absolutely gone. Nothing. Not since last week have caught even a faint scent of her. But what really weirds me out was how my friend was acting afterwards. She looked shocked when I started fronting again, but the weird part was that it was before even said anything. She KNEW it wasn't Reggie she was looking at. I asked her what happened and she just mumbled something about needing to go and ran off. think my friend knows exactly what happened to Reggie. And think she was the one responsible. Reggie seemed fully stable to me and don't feel like she did this to herself but don't know how you'd go about killing a tulpa without killing the host. It doesn't seem possible and couldn't find really anyone else talking about it. don't know who I could talk to about this because it sounds so silly but it's been really messing me up mentally. My best friend was literally killed but its not like can tell the police or anything? Please, there has to be something I can do. I've tried calling her back hundreds of times but I can just feel the lack of her presence. don't even understand how a tulpa can die let alone be killed but there doesn't seem to be any reasonable explanation for this. Can anyone help? Please?
