Currently struggling with Money. Should i keep it or sell it as it is not that old?

Hi Guys,
It's not like I have no money at all. My girlfriend left me, I had to buy a new car and furnish an entire apartment. Now my savings are slowly running out. I'm only 24 years old and bought the watch 7 months ago to celebrate my graduation. Should I sell the watch or keep it forever? Thanks yall and greetings from Germany.
